#To claim Damaged or different product or Missing Product#
You must have video shoot during the opening of the parcel once you get from a courier. Same video shooting you need to mail us or wats app us for replacement purpose If You get a wrong or damaged product. ( Make sure parcel must me show 360 degrees in front of the camera before opening ) If you failed to submit video shoot then you need to pay 50 % of product value for replacement of the damaged product.
You must be resent unused product for a replacement if you did not suit ...with original packing.
Do not remove any logo and plastic wrapping on it.
You will get a replacement if you fulfilled above all condition otherwise same product will be dispatched again.
We only give replacement not refund.
You will get a free replacement for a different product or damaged product if you received.
Feel free to get a replacement if you are not satisfied with our product.
You only need to ship a product by private courier.
Send Tracking Id once you ship a product by mail or wats app number.
Order id must be mentioned on returned shipment.
We will ship a replacement order once we get your shipment.
We will not take any charge for a replacement product which will be ship from us.
Terms and condition for Offer or Discounted Products
- Only one promotional discount can be used per order.
- Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a discount offer at any time.

- Free Product will not be replaced in any cases ( You will get free product replacement if it is damaged. You need to provide video shoot before opening the package to claim damage and need to send that video on over official wats app number given in contact us page.
- You need to bear one side courier charge to replace the product.
- Each promo code is subject to (a) the specific terms and conditions stated on the promo code offer and (b) these general promo code terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the former prevails.
- Must be redeemed within the validity period.
- Cannot be applied to previously placed orders or products not in stock at the time of purchase. No rainchecks.
- Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers and can only be redeemed once per customer unless otherwise stated.
- Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

In 7 days except the following:
- Products perishable in nature
- Gift Certificates
- Items that have been used or opened
- An item not returned in the condition it was received.
- Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
- Items sourced or delivered outside India.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- The item may be damaged during transit
- Or there might be a manufacturing defect
- Or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of an item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
Our Return Policy:
- Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase and must not be part of above list
- There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
- In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to the recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order.
- In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither optimetik.com not our enabling partners will be able to accept any returns or replacement of such items.
